# Import phone number

## Basic

Learn how to import your phone number from Twilio/Vonage/Plivo and connect it to Millis voice agent.

#### Prerequisites

* Navigate to [Millis AI Playground](https://app.millis.ai/phones).
* Click "Import" button on the top right corner.
* Select Region/Country and enter phone number in the format +12124567890.
* Provide your account credentials. Check the tutorials below for more details.
